• Rate Per Night is for the entire 3 bedroom villa, accommodating up to 6 persons.

• *Included Meal Plan is for the first two persons. For each additional person add $35 USD per night, each child 5-12 years add $18 USD per night. Children under 5 are free. For more details about the Meal Plan, CLICK HERE.

• Rates Per Night apply all year round except as follows:
  Christmas & New Years Break ($625 USD per night)
  Spring Break March & April ($525 USD per night)

Villa Estrella Cancellation Policy

Reservations canceled 90 days or more prior to the arrival date will result in a 90% refund of the deposit. Reservations canceled within 30 to 90 days before arrival date will result in a 60% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
